   中华民国开国纪念币双旗十文，直径：2.75 cm，厚度：12 - 13 mm，重量：6.72 克，品相完好，币面整洁，铜锈自然，光泽明亮，色泽均一，有着较高的艺术价值。钱币正面珠圈内左为十八星旗、右为五色旗，两面国旗相互交叉，上系结带，飘逸洒脱;珠圈外上环为“中华民国”四字，下环铸“开国纪念币”字样。钱币背面珠圈内中央竖写“十文”，两侧有禾穗、连叶纹环绕，纹饰考究，寓意美好，设计感强烈，新颖独特，线条优雅，纹路清晰，分毫可见，工艺极其精湛;珠圈外铸有英文，钱文清晰，字体深邃。钱币虽小，却可反映社会一斑。钱币正面可见满汉文化的完美融合，背面则反映出了国外文化的融入，可见该历史时期我国已对外开放，国际文化交流现象良好。
