玉圭，古代帝王、祭祀、丧葬时所用的玉制礼器。为瑞信之物。长条形，上尖下方，也作“珪”。形制大小，因爵位及用途不同而异。《周礼春官典瑞》有大圭、镇圭、桓圭、躬圭、谷璧、蒲璧、四圭、裸圭之别。周代墓中常有发现。

此件汉白玉玉圭规格，长：25cm，上宽：7cm下宽：8cm，玉圭上面写着“皇帝”两字，从上往下写着“武陵王上圭”下面写着“大秦始皇制”五个字，，意思是武陵王的圭，背面上方有一圆圈，内有“福寿”二字，中间有一车马图案，下方有四行共二十八字铭文。正背两面字体皆为篆书。初看像是石上错银文，书体甚美，叹得佳品。细看，“大秦始皇制”几字，不禁令人生疑。遂细考之。圭，是古代官员上朝时，手中拿的牌子。
