The area with the strongest wi-fi signal or closest to air-conditioning in summer, is often a micro-geological centre in a modern interior living space, where people gather or move toward. The operational method of this project is to install a spot that is the coolest – a pedestal from which cool air blows out. Anyone wishes to cool oneself down can go up on the pedestal to occupy this elevated position. Also because of the strong wind, the audience stepped on will have their draperies and hair blown up. This is a moment of ritual. Public and civic statues are often similarly placed on a pedestal as well, their hair and drapery become frozen at the moment when blown up.
