　　我国在解放初期，商品供应严重不足，国家通过发票证来分配商品，有粮票、油票、布票、肉票等等。票证在发行之初就被裁切分发，使用后收回销毁，因此，此组全国通用全国（半市斤、壹市斤、伍市斤）：湖北省地方油票（半市斤）非常稀有。并且满星水印极为稀有，粮票油票现已成为海内外收藏爱好者的热捧和新宠。

　　此组粮票和油票共20张，分别为1965年全国通用粮票半市斤、壹市斤：1966年的全国通用粮票伍市斤和1971年湖北省地方油票（半市斤），粮票左上角为“中华人民共和国粮食部”，几字下为“全国通用粮票”，右侧为币值分别为“半市斤、壹市斤、伍市斤”，背面为粮票的使用说明。油票正上方“湖北省地方油票”，右侧为币值为“半市斤”“保存完好，绝版纸票日渐稀少的当代，此类粮票与油票极具收藏价值。在印制工艺上，该票不 仅图案、花纹线条精细，而且油墨配色合理，色彩新颖、明快，图案美观大方，同时还是选用了具有耐磨、耐潮、光滑的钞票纸印制的。经过多年消耗，依旧保存完好，其价值日益体现!
