  　在清朝末年，有许多的外国钱币在我国横行，其中有一种来自法国的钱币，该银元的图像是一个安坐的人像，所以人们把它称之为坐洋。现在，坐洋也成为了钱币保藏市场上许多清末民国时期钱币的一种。坐洋币虽然是在我国流通的外国银元之一，但是坐洋币的流通区域仅限于我国的广西合云南区域，当时他的首要流通区域仍是东南亚区域。

   这枚签字版坐洋币，铸造规范工艺复杂且精湛，品相完好，包浆自然，最让收藏界为之疯狂的是存世量极少，币正面为自由女神坐像，两侧是法文“REPUBLIQUE FRANCAISE”(法兰西共和国)，背面的装饰图案为花环，花环上方铸法文“FRANCAISE INDO-CHINE”(法兰西印度支那)，中间是法文 “PIASTRE DE COMMERCE”(皮阿斯特贸易银)。

此藏品为“大观通宝”钱，“大观通宝”四字，乃鲜明楷书书体，旋读，光背。尽管其锈垢裹缚，然仍能清晰见其文字布局协调，字形大小适中，文字书写笔划较粗，然书笔遒劲而有力，自然而不做作。书意风格，极具北宋楷书钱之神韵。给人印象最深的要数宋代赵佶的“瘦金书”为第一，有“风流天子出崇观，铁画银勾字字端”之誉。其他钱文书法虽好，风格与常人书法大同小异，而瘦金书却具有与众不同的风格，特别受人喜爱。
