大清银币长须龙壹圆，清宣统三年(1911)天津造币总厂铸。当时清政府欲统一币制，聘请海外高级技师精心设计制造了这套宣统三年大清银币，计有六、七种版式，长须龙是其中之一。新币刚试铸成功，正逢武昌起义，于是大部分新版银币胎死腹中，只留有少量样币。长须龙因背面龙首之须特长而得名，属于试样性质，因图案精致、存世稀少而受人重视。

此枚“大清银币宣统三年长须龙银币”，直齿边。该币正面珠圈内为汉文“大清银币”四字，珠圈外上下为满、汉文“宣统三年” 字样，左右两侧分列长枝菊花纹饰。背面“壹圆”二字坐中，外围是巨龙腾空，自上至左向右环绕一周，七根尾须向上，龙头置上，两根长须下垂，鼻梁突起，两眼炯炯有神，龙纹精细，火球在下，下方边缘是英文“壹圆”字样。此枚钱币不仅包浆浓厚，工艺精良，而且保存得品相很好，实属不易，若不是碰到武昌起义至此搁浅，定会大量铸造，目前存世量稀少，富有艺术收藏和欣赏价值。
