谭乐丹，延安人，1960年出生，代表作为《虎》。所画之虎，用墨浓重，栩栩如生，作品先后入选第三、五届全国美术作品展览、第三届陕西青年美术作品展、中日美术作品展等。现为中国美术家协会会员、西安市美术家协会副主席、中日国际文化交流中心陕西分会理事、商洛美协常务理事。
