此枚户部光绪元宝当制钱十文，钱币正面珠圈内铸有“光绪元宝”，珠圈外上环铸满文“光绪元宝”四字，左右各铸有“户部”二字，各一朵小花装饰，底部铸货币价值“当制钱十文”。钱币背面内圈铸有神龙腾飞图腾，外圈铸有英文，品相精致。

此枚光绪元宝，包浆熟旧，字样、龙纹十分清晰，品相较好，版面设计优雅，雕刻精良，但是，铸造量不多，所以存世稀少，具有较高的历史价值与学术价值。
