民国十年，天津造币厂铸，成色重量与通行币同，面徐世昌，大礼服，悬大勋章，露顶，九分正面及胸像，稍左侧，背中居仁堂一角，阶上立四人，阶下大树一株，树下仁寿同登四字，上中华民国十年九月八字，左右隔壁二花朵，下分有无纪念币三字（以无纪念币更为珍贵）。此币已非纪年国事，纪年徐世昌私人而又失失效矣。盖徐继大总统位，已数年，未有铸币纪念事，自九年，勾结曹锟，战败段祺瑞靖国军，满志踌蹰，以为自此可政权独揽矣。有献媚者，遂补铸此纪念币，去继位期已远，又不便言纪念此，遂有此不伦不类之寿域同登文。

民国十年（1921年）徐世昌像仁寿同登纪念币，直径：3.9Cm重26.6g，此版纪念币正面为徐世昌半身七分脸像，背面取中南海怀仁堂外景图案。但民国十一年六月，徐世昌被曹锟、吴佩孚等逼宫下野，从此退出政界，居住天津，该纪念币也随即停铸，从铸造至停造仅有9个月，因此铸造量十分稀少。

徐世昌（1854-1939），出生于河南，早年受到袁世凯资助上学，是袁世凯的支持者。民国七年十月，徐世昌当选中华民国大总统，民国十年九月，适逢徐世昌67岁寿辰并当政三周年纪念（取名“仁寿同登”），天津造币厂特开铸此币，该币仅有两种版别：有“纪念币”字版，无“纪念币”字版。
