本次呈现的《作品》是他改变画风后持续至晚年,以「圆」为主题表现系列中的代表作。看似一笔而就,实则是经过精密计算白与黑的比例掌握以及「胸有成竹」的艺术修为方能达成。其作品酣畅自然的笔意墨趣与书法息息相关,但又超越了书法「表意」的范畴。通过「圆」这一充满东方语境的符号元素,吉原治良结合抽表现主义的行动挥洒和日式的禅意笔墨的表现手法,创造出属于个人的鲜明而富有哲学意涵的抽象形式。世人熟知吉源治良艺术生涯后期的「圆」形绘画,却鲜少了解钻研。
The "Work" presented this time is his representative work in a series of performances with the theme of "Circle" that lasted until his later years after changing the style of painting. It seems that it can be achieved in one stroke, but it can only be achieved through precise calculation of the ratio of white to black and the artistic cultivation of "there is no doubt". The smooth and natural brushwork of his works is closely related to calligraphy, but it goes beyond the scope of "ideology" of calligraphy. Through the symbolic element of "circle", which is full of oriental context, Yoshihara Yoshihara combines the expressionism of expressionism and the expression of Japanese Zen brushwork to create a distinct and philosophical abstract form that belongs to the individual. The world is familiar with the "round" paintings of Ji Yuanzhiliang's later artistic career, but he rarely understands the study.

吉原治良 1954 年创办具体美术协会,随着近年学术界对于亚洲战后美术史的重新审视与关注,纽约现代美术馆举办「东京 1955-1970:新前卫」和纽约古根汉美术馆亦举办「具体派:灿烂的游乐场」等大型回顾展,具有前卫精神、作为「具体美术协会」创始人的吉原治良已成为国际前卫艺术中不可或缺的名字。
「圆」是吉原治良的艺术主张,精神象征,也成为他的个人标志。吉原治良在 1956 年发表的「具体艺术宣言」提出:「具体艺术不是扭曲物料。具体艺术为物料注入生命…在具体艺术中,人的精神和物料握手,但保持一定的距离。」

Yoshihara Yoshihara founded the Fine Art Association in 1954. With the recent re-examination and attention of the academic world on the history of post-war art in Asia, the New York Museum of Modern Art held "Tokyo 1955-1970: New Avant-Garde" and the Guggenheim Museum in New York. Specific factions: splendid playgrounds and other large-scale retrospective exhibitions, with avant-garde spirits, Yoshihara Yoshihara, the founder of the "Specific Art Association", has become an indispensable part of international avant-garde art missing name.
"Circle" is Yoshihara's artistic proposition, spiritual symbol, and his personal symbol. Yoshihara Yoshihara ’s "Concrete Art Manifesto" published in 1956 stated: "Concrete art is not distorting materials. Concrete art injects life into materials ... In concrete art, the human spirit shakes hands with materials, but keeps a certain distance."
