徐晓燕(1960—)
　　河北省承德人。1982年毕业于河北师大美术系油画专业。现居北京。1993年参加“中国油画双年展”中国美术馆；“中国油画双年展”获学院奖。1995年 “中华女画家邀请展”中国美术馆； “中国油画学会展” 中国美术馆；“中国油画年展”获金奖。1996年“上海美术双年展”中国美术馆；“走向新世纪—中国青年油画展”上海美术馆。1997年“世纪女性艺术邀请展”中国美术馆，获收藏家奖。1998年“China 46—中国当代艺术展”中国美术馆。1999年“世纪之门艺术展”墨尔本艺术无国界美术馆。2000年“女画家的世界—本色”成都现代美术馆；“20世纪中国油画展”北京国际艺苑美术馆。2001年作品《怒放》系列参加成都“架上非架上—成都双年展”。作品收藏于上海美术馆、山艺术文教基金会美术馆、泰达当代艺术博物馆及海内外私人收藏家。

Xu Xiaoyan(1960—)
Born in Hebei Province. Graduated from the Art Department of Hebei Normal University, Xu is now an associate professor at the Art Department of Baoding Normal School. Her works were included in the first Biennial Chinese Oil Paintings Exhibition in 1993, the Exhibition of Works by Chinese Women Artists in 1995, the Annual Exhibition of Chinese Oil Paintings in 1995, the first Biennial Shanghai Art Exhibition and the first Oil Painting Academic Exhibition of China in 1996, “Into the New Century-the Exhibition of Oil Paintings by Young Chinese Artists” in 1997, and the Centennial Art Exhibition by Women Artists at the National Art Museum and the Exhibition of Contemporary Chinese Landscape Painting and Oil Landscape Painting in 1998. She won an academic award at the first Biennial Chinese Oil Paintings Exhibition, a gold medal at the 1995 Annual Exhibition of Chinese Oil Paintings, and a collector’s award at the Exhibition of Works by Chinese Women Artists. Xu’s works are collected by the Shanghai Art Gallery, the art gallery of Mountain Art and Culture Foundation, and Taida Museum of Contemporary Arts. Publications include the painting album The Land in Deep Thoughts - Xu Xiaoyan Oil Painting Awards, and the thesis “I - Land - Painting”.(Lot 159)
