1951年生于伦敦，现生活工作于伦敦，纽约

英国皇家艺术学院高级导师，英国当代著名艺术家，英国“YBA”当代艺术成员之一，电影导演。

其作品被众多重要艺术机构收藏，如V&A博物馆，利兹城市画廊，伦敦Camden图书馆，英国Hayward画廊，大英博物馆，泰特当代艺术馆等以及私人藏家收藏。
