1961-1962在西班牙马德里阿特内奥馆和科尔多瓦利乔画廊展出油画﹑水彩画和石版画《西方的诱惑 》一书与10幅石版画在拉于纳画廊展出
1969第二次回顾展先后在加拿大蒙特利尔当代美术馆和魁北克博物馆举行
1975-1977巴黎国立现代美术馆开设赵无极专厅
1981巴黎大皇宫国家美术馆个展
1984法国政府授予荣誉勛位勛章

1998上海博物馆以其三个特别展览厅举办赵无极回顾展﹐展出他105幅油画作品上海霍克艺术会馆举办赵无极版画展

Zao Wou-ki(1921—)
Born in Beijing, Zao studied at Hangzhou Academy of Fine Arts under the direction of Lin Fengmian, and remained at the Academy to teach after graduating in 1941. He left for Paris and held his first solo exhibition in 1947. His works had been on exhibition at famous galleries in Paris and New York in the late 40s and throughout the 50s. He had become the most outstanding Chinese painter in Paris since the 70s. Zao’s powerful abstract paintings are highly recommended in Western countries, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. The works are included in the collections of museums and art galleries all over the world.(Lot 25 )
