时值一年一度的柏林国际设计周，候鸟计划荣幸的推出候鸟设计的第一个展览，为柏林观众展示中国当代最具才华与潜力的艺术设计师之一——宋涛的最新作品系列《现代化石》，这组作品已于2015年年初在巴黎文化展览中心展出，本次同名展是首次在德国亮相。

宋涛的作品旨在将中国古代哲学和西方现代观点进行对比，创造了欧洲极简文化和东方手工艺之间的持续性对话。

Migrant IV：Modern Fossils

During Berlin’s annual international design week, Migrant birds proudly released their first exhibition, with one of the most talented and potential artistic designers’ work —— Tao Song’s newest series “Modern Fossils”. These works have already been exhibited in Paris in early 2015. Song’s works aim to compare and contrast traditional Chinese philosophy and contemporary western viewpoints, which has created a continuous conversation between European minimalism and traditional oriental handicrafts.

Under the current vibrant and constantly changing contemporary environment in China, “Modern Fossils” series question the concept of time, and even the meaning of history.
